This course is designed to introduce students to curriculum development, implementation and evaluation with special reference to home economics. The course examines curriculum determinants as well as some models of / approaches to curriculum development, implementation and evaluation. It also examines basic issues related to curriculum and their implementation for home economics curricula. The approaches that would be used in the delivery of this course would prepare trainees to ensure the learning progress of all students by projecting gender roles and issues relating to equity and inclusivity NTECF, NTS 2c, p 13, 3e, 3f, 3g p14.
